Lake Mburo National Park.
Lake Mburo National park lies between towns of MasaKa and Mbarara in the western Uganda and its just 370 Km2 in size. Its landscapes are varied and even a short drive is alive with interest and colour. The open savanna, acacia woodland, rock kopjes and forests makes Mburo with stunning scenery.
Activities.
-game drives in search of Impalas, Burchell’s Zebra, Eland that are not found elsewhere in western Uganda.
- remember that this is the only park where you can explore the wild while on foot, so enjoy nature walks to kazuma hill for spectacular views of the park. Walks to Rubanga forest.
-Prolific birdlife of about 315 species recoded in this park.
-boat ride on the lake and watch out for crocodiles, hippos during the 2 hour voyage as well as bird such as pelicans, cormorants, kingfishers, fish eagles and perhaps the rare shoebill stork.

Where to Stay?
Mantana tented camps and Mihongo Lodge offer Up Market accommodation whereas Rwonyo camp offer budget accommodation with bed only- meals are got at the Lake restaurant.
