5 DAYS CHIMPANZEE SAFARI TO KIBALE AND MURCHISON FALLS
Day 1: Depart Murchison falls National Park.
A safari Guide from Go See Africa safari will meet you at your Hotel in Kampala and brief your safari. Then drive northwest through the Luwero Triangle to Masindi Town stop for lunch. After lunch proceed to the dramatic falls, here the Nile- the longest river in the world as it farfetched into a seven-meter abyss to rumble 45 below. Check the series of cascades it forms, which can be viewed at different points up to the culmination. From here continue to Red Chili or Paraa lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Game drive and boat ride
Early morning breakfast; embark on a game drive in search of Rothschild Giraffe, Elephant, Jackson Hartebeest, Lions, Waterbucks and a variety of Savannah woodland birds. Drive back for lunch and in the afternoon Boat Cruise to the foot of Murchison Falls. This boat trip along the Nile is often cited as being the highlight of a trip to Murchison since it allows you to get up-close and personal with the animals. Along this stretch of the river, there are reported to be 4,000 hippos in addition to same enormous Nile Crocodiles. The bird life is stunning with brightly colored kingfishers and bee-eaters darting along the riverbanks. If you are lucky, you may see the rare and prehistoric looking Shoebill, which is a cross between the dodo and a dinosaur. The boat takes you to the base of the falls which only adds to their impressiveness.
Dinner and overnight at Red chili or Paraa safari lodge.

Day 3: Depart for Kibale
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Kibale forest national park and this will take us about 8-9 hours. This drive will take you close to Lake Albert if the day is clear you have a view on the top of the Albert rift is so spectacular. Through verdant countryside and pass traditional homesteads and farms, plantations, and indigenous cattle grazing along the road. Meet and greet Fort Portal which lies in the shadow of the enchanted Mountains of the Moon.
Dinner and overnight at Primates lodge or Rwenzori view guest house.
Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi walk
Wake up early morning for breakfast and report to Kanyanchu Tourist Centre where the chimpanzee tracking begins from. Set out in the forest in search for Man’s closest animal brothers the endangered chimpanzee! Here chances of viewing the chimps are over 90% but it’s not a guarantee and this will take you 4 to 8 hours. Other primates in this forest that you will encounter are the threatened Red Colobus monkey, the rare L’Hoest’s monkeys, the red tailed monkeys, Blue monkey, Grey Cheeked mangabeys, velvet and many others not leaving out Butterflies. Return for lunch and in the afternoon, a visit to Bigodi Swamp eco-tourism site is amazing, as we shall encounter rare and Beautiful flora and fauna.
Dinner and overnight at Chimps Nest or Chimpanzee Guest House.
Day 5: Depart for Kampala
After a hearty breakfast, depart for Kampala and an onward transfer to the Airport.
