3 DAYS WILDLIFE SAFARI TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

Day 1: Arrival and depart for Queen Elizabeth National park
Meet and greet at your hotel in Kampala at 08.00 am by our company guide who will warmly welcome you and brief you about your safari. And set off through one of the beautiful country side of Uganda and expose you to plenty of markets with fresh fruits and vegetable, banana and coffee plantation and indigenous Ankole cattle grazing. You have a stopover at the Equator for photographs, lunch enroute, and proceed on to Queen Elizabeth National Park. A game drive as you enter the park will expose you to a wide range of animals including; Elephants, Antelopes, Buffaloes and the Comical Warthogs and many others. There are over 606 species of birds found here including the martial eagle, black-rumpled buttonquail, Verreaux’s eagle owl and African skimmer to name but a few. The primates include Chimpanzees, Black and white Colobus Monkeys, Blue, Black Faced Red Colobus, and Red Tailed monkeys and Olive Baboons.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge or Jacana Safari Lodge, Kyambura Safari Camp or Mweya hostel.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon launch cruise

An early morning cap of coffee and we go for the morning game drive it provides excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Elephants, Cape Buffaloes, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Bush bucks and many more. Drive back for lunch.
In the afternoon you enjoy the 2-hours boat cruise on hazing channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest pods of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water’s edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing, ideal for the Uganda safari. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species.

Day 3: Nature in Maramagambo Forest and depart for Kampala

After the morning breakfast we proceed to Maramagambo Forest and have a visit to the Bats cave, Hunters cave, where we take a close look at the Bats, Rock Python and the forest Cobras, and the Blue Lake in east Africa. The same walk will provide a chance of seeing birds, primates, tree species and more, drive back to Kampala lunch en-route.
